How the Source it website handles your information.

Who is responsible

Source it is the website brand.

Website use and business enquiries

The business form asks for your name, business email, company, service, country or market, optional phone and requirement. The website server creates a lead in Source it’s Zoho CRM with the validated fields, the page you sent the form from and, only if you have accepted analytics or marketing cookies, campaign (UTM) parameters. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated spam before anything is sent. Candidate applications and resumes are handled by Zoho Recruit, which provides the careers portal and the Share your resume form embedded on that page. Resume submissions go directly to Zoho Recruit and are not received by this website server; Zoho Recruit has its own data handling.

Optional measurement and marketing tools

The website is prepared for Google Tag Manager (GTM-W5R3CG64) as the sole optional tag installation point. Google Analytics 4 is intended for website and enquiry measurement; Google Ads for campaign attribution and conversion measurement. GTM manages tag delivery and is not a separate permission to track. Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag are intended for marketing campaign measurement. Ahrefs Web Analytics is retained in the planned analytics category. None of these tools is active on the website at present, and they are never installed as standalone trackers.

Storage, retention and withdrawal

The website stores only your analytics/marketing choices, consent version and decision time in first-party local storage under sourceit-consent-v1. Version 1 expires after 180 days, after which the site asks again. Browser storage controls can remove it. Storage failure keeps choices for the current page only.

What website events contain

Consented website events contain only an allowlisted event name, canonical page route and, where relevant, an approved service value. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, CVs, access tokens and raw query strings are excluded. A lead event is emitted only after the enquiry backend explicitly accepts delivery; clicks, form starts and failed submissions are not leads. When the optional GTM loader is enabled and consented, query strings and URL fragments are removed before loading GTM; automatic page fields use the canonical route.
